What ought I to know?

It’s just little me managing all the orders. Please be patient. :-)

The product I want to order is on your instagram (or not in your store).

I don’t make art prints out of everything I post online. I use a local printing company for my art prints. It’s very expensive to only do one print at a time, so I must do larger orders. On a case-by-case basis, maybe we could do a print order together. Just be prepared for a higher printing price and a longer turn around time.

When will my order go out?

I ship via USPS usually within a week. Ideally within the first day or two.

What methods of payment do you accept?

I accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. Send me an email at holliehibbert@gmail.com if you are in Canada or Europe.

What do you charge for shipping?

Whatever the current rate of shipping is. I will do my best to find the best possible rate I can. Shipping costs are what they are.

What if I never received my package?

If the package got lost in the mail I will send out a new one. I am not responsible for lost packages marked as "delivered." 

My order arrived damaged. What are my options?

You can send me a photo of the damage and I will exchange your item or give you a full refund. 

What is your return policy?

Generally, returns will not be accepted. However, if you have a problem contact me. Returns will be determined on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with a return.
